How it works
From an idea to a share of the income, with the rules written where nobody can edit them
Submit
A specific idea: who, problem, mechanic, difference. Its hash and time are anchored on Base under your wallet.
Vote and pledge
Votes are free. Pledges are USDC you can take back any time. 100 votes or $250 pledged sends the idea to review.
Review
The studio writes a brief and checks stop-factors (store rules, licensed content, clone categories). Declines come with the reason.
Fund
30 days, a $1,500 goal and a $150 cap per wallet. Reached: 40% starts the build, 10% seeds liquidity at release, 50% pays launch ads. Missed: full refund.
Build in the open
Progress shows up here as it happens: commit counts, TestFlight builds, status changes attested on-chain. The code stays private; the contracts are public. Testers earn a share from the community pool.
Earn
Tokens are minted on release day. Every month the app's net income goes into a distributor contract and each holder claims their part.
What the studio can't do
- Mint more tokens. Supply is fixed at launch.
- Change the payout formula or the ad cap alone. It takes a majority of non-studio tokens plus the studio's signature.
- Pull liquidity. The pool's LP tokens are burned.
- Sell its share early. 70% vests over 36 months in a public contract.
- Keep sale proceeds. If an app is sold, 100% goes through the distributor.
What you agree to
- Your idea is licensed non-exclusively; nothing is confidential; the studio may build similar things it finds itself.
- Holders never review the apps in any store and get nothing for reviews. The apps themselves never mention tokens.
- We never message you first about payouts. Contract addresses live only on this site.
- Monthly reports: net proceeds, refunds and ad spend from App Store Connect and Apple Ads, attested on-chain. Month M is paid in M+2, after Apple pays.
