Who
People who read 10 to 60 books a year and keep the list somewhere ugly.
Problem
Trackers are databases; the strong free ones (Goodreads, StoryGraph) are social and noisy.
Mechanic
Scan a barcode or photograph a cover → the book appears on your drawn shelf → finished books lean, the current one lies open → a poster at year end.
Difference
Hand-drawn shelves and seasonal sets by an illustrator, not AI décor. The illustration is a real cost, so it needs funding.
